A valid, government-issued photo ID — driver’s license, passport, military ID, and similar. DMV extension receipts, birth certificates, and Social Security cards cannot be accepted.
We can still notarize. You’ll need two credible witnesses with valid ID who personally know you and can confirm you are the person named on the document.

Yes. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before your appointment when booked more than 2½ hours ahead; same-day bookings can cancel free within 30 minutes of booking. Rescheduling is free as long as the notary hasn’t left. Outside those windows a $50 fee applies (no-shows: 50% of the fee or $50, whichever is greater) — full details in our Cancellation Policy.
Not currently. California does not authorize its notaries to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON). We’re watching for any change in state law — in the meantime, a mobile notary comes to you.
